"We are constantly having issues with this insurance company / location hassling us for money that has already been paid, or constantly being pushy trying to get more money from us upgrading our policies when we aren’t interested and have told them so multiple times. We will definitely be dropping them for insurance ASAP."
"Mackenzie, thank you for the feedback as it helps us identify weak points. I want to first address your frustration regarding the billing system. We understand navigating insurance can be confusing and difficult. I'm sorry our communication came off pushy but I do encourage my team to call/text/email regularly, as a service, to try to keep policies from going into cancellation status - this helps to avoid cancellations and customers going without insurance. Regarding policy upgrades, out team is committed to helping customers meet their insurance needs and have been trained to identify gaps in coverage. I have reviewed notes and conversations and can assure you coverage has never been added where declined; but we will certainly offer products that fit customer needs. My team works hard to remain professional and informative and we have done that over the past few months while your bill continues to be sorted out. For clarification, State Farm is not double charging. When you get a month behind they have to collect for the previous month before they'll bill for the next. So if you fell a month behind and paid late, it feels like you are being double charged, but the bill would simply reflect the past month due and the current month due - but not a result of an upcharge in coverage."

"I genuinely believe this office deserves a one star review (I’ll explain why) but also notice that they don’t have many other one star reviews because when you leave one they harass you to change it. I have been with State Farm for almost 6 years and I never had problems before this office. When Tom Reddick was here we were treated professionally with respect. After Ryan Siebenmorgen took over this office went downhill fast. They didn’t help us when we needed it. They raised our prices when we couldn’t afford it. When we finally decided to cancel our policy, they did not submit it. The lack of attention to detail and communication is frustrating. We canceled early spring when we sold our house. The agent at the time did not properly cancel and they were trying to charge us for several months of a homeowners policy when we did not even have the home any more. My husband and I spoke to FOUR separate agents to get this policy cancelled and they all told us different things, ultimately accomplishing nothing. And then later claimed we never spoke to them and that they were sending us to collections for ignoring them (which is not true). After I left a bad review I finally got their attention and they claimed they will fix my policy. They asked me to remove my one star review and I told them when they can prove my policy is cancelled I will improve it. They then told me that I was after them personally and that they did not deserve the one star review (even though I never left their name). They even then commented publicly on my review to try and discredit me to their advantage and say I was lying. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism and the harassment from this office. They claimed I was just angry at State Farm as a whole, not them specifically. But let me assure you I am very angry with this office, not State Farm as a whole. I was happy with State Farm until the change of office leadership and agents. I do not recommend doing business with this office and I 100% believe that they have offered us one star service and treatment."
"I responded to the first review, but the original review was deleted after my response was given. I'm resubmitting my original response below. I do appreciate that you brought attention to my low number of 1-star reviews. As an office that strives for excellent customer service, I did reach out to both of my 1-star reviews to find out what I can do to amend them and then to ask if they can be improved. This shouldn't be a surprise as most companies do - I texted one time to ask what I can do and a second to improve the review after I corrected the issue you were having. Also, I worked for Tommy and ran his office for the final 5 years of his tenure - nothing has changed except for the sign on the door and we continue the same processes and procedures that I implemented when I was running Tommy's office. Again, this is an isolated incident, we reached out multiple times before hand to stop it and multiple times after to correct it, and when we finally heard back it was with a negative review. Previous review response (10/17/2024): Chance, thank you for the feedback. However, there needs to be some clarity here. We honor all requests to cancel policies when done. This policy was cancelled for non-pay. We reached out numerous times to correct this. When a customer fails to answer our many calls, text us back, respond to emails or direct mail, we have no way of communicating effectively to resolve any issues. We were trying to contact you to resolve the issue that spurred this review, which was perceived as rude and meddlesome. Upon proper documentation being provided, your issue was resolved within minutes – if only we could have spoken to you month ago, we could have had this resolved much sooner. That said, I commend my team for being persistent to continue to help amend a situation that needed correcting even when the customer, by way of their actions, didn’t want it fixed. I did request from Chance this review to be updated or removed and he said the issue is not with our office but State Farm as a whole. I hope this response helps to provide clarity around the issue as I am proud of my team and the excellent customer service we successfully executed and continually strive to provide."

"They won’t cancel your policy even though you have opened an account at another State Farm in another state!"
"Thank you for the feedback. The process to cancel a policy when moving to another state is to notify the outgoing agent’s office. We communicate with the new office to ensure coverage is in-force, so a lapse doesn’t occur in case you need the coverage - so the policy would appear to remain active. This is normal, so you don't go without coverage. As soon as we are notified we cancel the old policy to the effective date of the new policy. If your policy is still showing on your online account, the request may have been made, but can take time to process and accurately reflect on your end. If this is not the case and you’ve made the request and not received assistance, please call my office and ask for Ryan directly so I may resolve your issue. "
